About Us

Zircon Program of Achievement is a focused academic system designed for serious NEET and IIT-JEE aspirants. Our goal is not only to teach, but to build a disciplined learning environment where students develop concept clarity, confidence, consistency and exam temperament.

We believe that success in competitive exams does not come from random hard work. It comes from structured preparation, regular practice, strong fundamentals, doubt-solving, test analysis and the right mentorship. Zircon combines all these elements into a simple and result-oriented academic plan.

Our approach focuses on understanding rather than memorising. Every topic is taught step-by-step so that students can solve questions with confidence and apply concepts in NEET and IIT-JEE level problems.

Our Journey

Founded in 2019, the Zircon Program of Achievement (ZPA) was established with a vision to provide quality educational opportunities to talented students from underprivileged backgrounds, with a special focus on empowering students from minority communities.

The foundation of this initiative was laid through the collective efforts of distinguished educationists, social leaders, and community members, including Professor Zeeshan Ahmad (Lecturer, Department of Biology, Government of Bihar), Mr. S. M. Irshad (Mutawalli, Shamsul Hoda and Noori Masjid), Dr. Imtiyaz Ahmad Karimi, and several other dedicated individuals who shared a common dream of transforming lives through education.

From its inception, Zircon has remained committed to preparing students for India's most competitive entrance examinations, particularly NEET and IIT-JEE, while fostering discipline, character, leadership, and academic excellence.

Despite the unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the institute achieved a remarkable milestone in its very first academic session. In 2020, four students from the Zircon Program secured admission to Government Medical Colleges, a significant achievement that validated the institute's vision and commitment to educational excellence.

To celebrate this success and inspire future generations of students, a grand felicitation ceremony was organized at the Auditorium of Rajkiye Islamia Shamsul Hoda Madrasa, Patna. The event was attended by several eminent academicians, doctors, intellectuals, and community leaders, including Professor Dr. Ahmad Abdul Hai, Dr. Mohammad Hai, Professor M. M. R. Akhtar, Professor Nafis Haider, Dr. Shafi Mashhadi, Dr. Imtiyaz Ahmad Karimi, and Mashhood Ahmad Qadri, who graced the occasion and encouraged the students to pursue excellence in education and professional careers.

Since then, the Zircon Program of Achievement has continued its journey of excellence. Every year, students from the institute secure admissions to Government Medical Colleges, Engineering Colleges, and other prestigious institutions across India. Through its residential academic model, experienced faculty, structured mentoring, and student-centric approach, Zircon has emerged as a trusted platform for aspiring doctors and engineers.

Today, Zircon stands not merely as a coaching institution but as a mission-driven educational movement dedicated to nurturing talent, creating opportunities, and empowering the next generation to achieve academic success and contribute meaningfully to society.

  Mobile phones and other distractions are strictly prohibited, allowing students to focus completely on their studies and academic goals.


• Air-Conditioned Classrooms & Hostel Facilities
  Well-lit, air-conditioned classrooms and comfortable hostel facilities create a productive and student-friendly learning environment.


• Dedicated Bajamaat Prayer Facility
  Arrangement for congregational (Bajamaat) five daily prayers is available within the campus in a dedicated prayer area.


• Healthy & Hygienic Meals
  Nutritious, healthy, and hygienically prepared meals are served daily through the institute's in-house dining facility.
